12 BANDS WE KNOW ARE NOT GOING TO BE AT GOOD THINGS
With Good Things Alternative Music Festival announcing their upcoming dates for the 2026 Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane run we have created
a list of twelve bands we know won't be on the lineup due to conflicting dates. Just as a point of note, I won't be including bands who have already been to Australia this year, will be in Australia in December/January or were on last year's lineup. This will be the first of several lists as more bands release tour dates past August and September. So let's spin kick into it and be sure to leave us a comment of who your vote for headliner is and let us know your wish list.
BAD OMENS
Bad Omens will be headlining Knotfest Mexico 2026 on December 5th so this will rule out their presence as well as Lamb of God (who will also be in Australia in October, co-headlining with Trivium, you can grab your tickets here), Poppy, The Ghost Inside, Vana (who will also be in Australia in September with Ocean Sleeper, you can get your tickets here), Sylosis, Blood Incantation and Versailles.

THE PRETTY RECKLESS
The Pretty Reckless will be in England and Scotland during early December as part of their Dear God Tour.

PLACEBO
Placebo will be in England as part of a 30th Anniversary Tour during Good Things dates, removing them from possibility.
For Fans Of: AFI, The Smashing Pumpkins, Muse and Interpol
MUSE
Muse will be in France and Switzerland on their The Wow! Signal Europa Tour during Good Things Dates.
For Fans Of: Franz Ferdinand, Blur, The Killers and Foo Fighters
SABATON
Sabaton will be on their USA Legends on Tour during December, unfortunately taking them out of the running.
For Fans Of: Amon Amarth, Amaranthe, Powerwolf and Brothers of Metal
THROWN
Thrown will be performing on their EU/UK tour throughout the dates of Good Things, ruling them out.

ALICE COOPER
Alice Cooper will be performing in Las Vegas, USA on the 4th and 5th, making him unavailable for the Festival celebrations.
For Fans Of: Twisted Sister, Mötley Crüe, Ozzy Osbourne and Deep Purple
ATREYU
Atreyu will be touring the USA during December, ruling them out of the festival.
For Fans Of: A Day To Remember, All That Remains, Bear Tooth and Killswitch Engage
UNDEROATH
Underoath will be touring the USA on all three days of Good Things, ruling them out of the running.
For Fans Of: Saosin, Silverstein, blessthefall and Senses Fail
THE DARKNESS
The Darkness will be in the UK during early December, ruling them out for Good Things.
For Fans Of: Jet, Alien Ant farm, Wolfmother and Jimmy Eat World
DON BROCO
Don Broco will be in the USA on the 4th and 5th supporting Bear Tooth, ruling them out of the lineup.

WESGHOST
Wesghost will be in Europe as part of the If It's Not Forever The Tour on the 4th and 5th, ruling him out from the lineup.
