Ding Ding! It's that time again for another 15 Aussie Bands you should be listening to. Round 2 is here so let's not waste any time and jump straight into the list.
1 Diesect - Meanjin/Brisbane, QLD
Nu-Metalcore band Diesect hit the scene in 2021 with their debut single 'Bury You' having since released EPs 'MIRROR IMAGE' (2021), 'SHADOWS FOLLOW' (2023), 'HIDE FROM THE LIGHT' (2025) and Album 'HIDE FROM THE LIGHT' (Feb 2026).
Diesect have previously toured with Thrown, Make Them Suffer, The Gloom in the Corner and Justice for the Damned. Diesect are currently on tour with Miss May I and Crystal lake and will be on tour with Spite and Varials in April, you can buy your tickets for Spite here.

2 Hate Complex - Naarm/Melbourne, VIC
Hate Complex is a Deathcore band from Naarm, hitting the scene in 2025 with their debut single 'SILENCE'. They have since unleashed their Album 'DISSONANCE' in January 2026.
Hate Complex have previously toured with Spite, Thy Art Is Murder and Make Them Suffer.

3 Awake In Time - Kombumerri/Gold Coast, QLD
Nu-Metalcore band Awake In Time hit the scene in 2018 with the single 'Reckless' since releasing EPs 'Lucid in Turmoil' (2019) and several singles including 2025's 'Drowning in the noise' and 'Solace'.
Awake In Time have previously performed at SlugFest 25, Munk & Petal 25, Hollow Fest 24 and Schema Festival 19 along with a plethora of local totals.

4 Broken Earth - Gadigal/Sydney, NSW
Gadigal Metalcore group Broken Earth debuted in 2020 with their single 'Dance in the Dark', having since released several singles including 2025's 'The Distance' and 'RAINMAKER'.
Broken Earth have previously toured with The Ghost Inside, Diamond Construct, Bleed From Within, Miss May I, Windwaker and Caskets, plus appearing at Feels Good Festival.

5 FROM DEATH - Mulubinba/Newcastle, NSW

6 Virtues - Meanjin/Brisbane, QLD
Meanjin Metalcore group Virtues took to the scene in 2018 with the single 'When In Rome', followed by EPs 'Nothing Grows' (2020) and 'ODE' (2025).
Virtues have previously toured with Bleeding Through, Paleface Swiss, Within Destruction, Sienna Skies and Thy Art Is Murder; as well as appearing on Be Social Fest, I'm Not A Burden, Southern Death Festival and Aftermath.

7 Fallweather - Naarm/Melbourne, VIC
Melodic Hardcore band Fallweather took to the scene in 2023 with their debut single 'Halesia', following up with EPs 'Halesia' (2025) and 'What is it Like?' (2025).
Fallweather has previously toured with Paledusk, LANDMVRKS, Void of Vision and Heavensgate.
Fallweather will be performing at The Evelyn Hotel in Fitzroy on March 27th with tickets available here. Fallweather will be touring with Saosin and Senses Fails this April, with tickets available here.

8 Atlas and the Attic - Meanjin/Brisbane, QLD
Meanjin Punk Rock act Atlas and the Attic hit the scene in 2017 with their single 'Mountains' and have since released EPs 'Atlas and the Attic' (2019), 'Impossible Stories' (2021) and 'Polyester City' (2026).

14 Aeon Nexus - Meanjin/Brisbane, QLD
Meanjin Progressive Metalcore band Aeon Nexus took to the scene in 2024 with their debut single 'Twin Hurricanes' followed by EPs 'The Choice' (2024) and 'Positive Integration' (2024) with latest single drop 'Black Mass' (2025).
Aeon Nexus has previously toured with Lords of the Lost, Be'larkor, FATE GEAR and Bleeding Through. Aeon Nexus has performed at Killer Queens, Carnival Sins, Good Things Heats, Hollow Fest and Core To The Floor.
Aeon Nexus will be performing on March 28th as Road To Ruin's support at Ric's Bar & Backyard (as a free entry event) and on May 2nd at the Mansfield Tavern as part of ShredFest with tickets available here.
