Uncontrolled is the second single release of a forthcoming album, with more information to be released soon. So while we wait for that all important announcement, let's get into the breakdown of Uncontrolled. Guess who I am, My mind it has been changing, And my body evens out, I know without the estimation, Of the consequential dangerous amount, You are

looking at me, In very grown-up ways, And you are telling others, I'm just going through a phase. Uncontrolled begins with the drawing power and energy of some of the best Euro-Rock songs out there, immediately hitting you with that cinematic and clean style so recognisable to Pyogenesis.

“Uncontrolled” is raw and unfiltered. It felt liberating and brutally honest to write it. The musical and vocal aggression is emotionally charged and captures the moment when everything changes and young people try to find their place in the world.” - Flo V Schwarz (Vocalist)

Uncontrolled holds the space in youth between being a child and becoming an adult, where you are unsure of who you are and what you are growing to be. The mayhem and chaos is captured within the music and vocals. Now I feel that burning fire, Feel the flame that shakes my

mind, Uncontrolled, Undefined, Now I feel that burning fire, Feel the flame that shakes my mind, Uncontrolled, Undefined. Flo has an interesting tonality to his voice with a pleasant rasp that makes his voice stand out in a line-up. While there isn't a huge variety of vocal techniques or range on display in this song, what is present is used well and with skill. Subtle use of vibrato throughout the track slips in another aspect creating more dimension with the overall idea of the confusion and nervousness of growing from a child into an adult.

Musically the regular switches in tempo drive home the concept of lack of control and trying to find direction where the world seems to be hidden in darkness. The use of silence in Uncontrolled gives you a second to catch your breath, and take pause with the message before being thrown into mayhem once more. The high energy guitar and drums at the beginning of the track help to draw you into the chaos from the off and holds you in it's grasp until the final seconds where you are drawn out in a held note from the guitar and Flo. People seem to know about me, More than I know about myself, And I'm turning into something, I hope it's me not something else, Stayed out of my age but it seems like, I've matured in my mind, This week had my parents walk back, For them it's hard to find.
